Bigpoint Launches Popular Browser Titles Into Heyzap's Global Game Network

Bigpoint's Most Successful Browser-Based Massively Multiplayer Online Games to Enjoy Wider Distribution Thanks to Heyzap's Flexible Distribution Platform

SAN FRANCISCO, August 5, 2010--     Bigpoint, the global market leader in browser-based online games, today
announced that it has completed a distribution agreement with Heyzap.
Bigpoint will distribute its key titles, beginning with Farmerama, through
Heyzap's innovative platform that allows developers to quickly launch their
games into thousands of targeted sites.

"Heyzap's unique approach to game distribution is what drove our desire
to partner with them," said Ed Kim, director of business development,
Bigpoint. "Integrating our content into their platform was a very
straight-forward and painless process. We look forward to adding more games
soon."

Farmerama has proven to be a breakout hit for Bigpoint, amassing a
sizable community of players outside of traditional social networking sites.
Immediately following the integration of Farmerama into Heyzap's network,
Bigpoint will add two of its best performing games of all time, DarkOrbit and
Seafight, which count more than 70 million registered users combined.

Heyzap offers social games and MMOs to 260,000+ website
publishers generating new ways to engage users and monetize their sites.
Heyzap powers the game sections of Ning, Webs, Cooliris, MeFeedia, and many
others.

In addition to driving users to its own portal, Bigpoint's
global growth strategy is to partner with independent game portals and
networks to grow its 130 million user base. Currently, the company has
agreements in place with over 1500 partners.
