Traffix Announces Diameter Router Version 2.0 at 4G World 2010
LONDON, October 18, 2010/PRNewswire/ -- Traffix Systems, the NGN and Diameter control plane expert,
today announced the release of a new version of Traffix Diameter Router, the
industry benchmark for Diameter routing and management, matching the emerging
needs of operators upgrading their core networks to LTE.
The announcement follows successful deployment of Traffix
Diameter Router in a dozen operators' LTE core networks.
The Traffix Diameter Router enables mobile operators to scale
their networks to meet the growing volume of LTE signaling traffic, shorten
services introduction time, and gain visibility into their networks.
Traffix Diameter Router is the industry's most mature Diameter
Routing solution, launched over two years ago, and is the industry most
robust and widely deployed Diameter routing solution.
Traffix Diameter Router's unique architecture offers unmatched
industry performance, using commercial off the shelf hardware capable of
millions of transactions per second, and is the only market solution meeting
the strict demands and scalability requirements of advanced Tier-1 operators.
New key features requested by service providers are offered in
the new release, including more extensive legacy signaling protocol support,
additional dynamic adaptive routing algorithms, and enhanced statistics and
