NORTHBROOK, Ill., Nov. 12, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- UL is notifying consumers and distributors that the Solar Power Packs, identified below, bear an unauthorized UL Mark. This product has not been evaluated by UL to the applicable standard for safety and is not authorized to bear the UL Mark. It is unknown if this product complies with UL safety requirements. The product packaging indicates that the Solar Power Pack is intended to be used to charge MP3 Players, mobile phones and other digital products.
