"We've been at the forefront of a paradigm shift among intellectual property law firms for several years and are excited to be part of a more progressive era in IP law," said David Bailey, a founding partner of KPPB. "Our clients are innovators, and everything about our practice - and this new web site - is designed to better meet the needs of the fast-paced, competitive, businesses we serve."

KPPB is built on the philosophy that creative thinking and an innovative approach to IP law produces optimal results, as well as the belief that an alternative fee structure that isn't based upon traditional hourly billing provides a competitive advantage for the firm's clients.
