Fred Diers, Vice President, General Manager of GRM's Solutions Group, stated that the GRMpedia name draws from the suffix for 'encyclopedia' and the popular online resource, 'Wikipedia' to help convey what the service is about, namely that it is an informative, web-based compendium of knowledge.
