Aviation Week Launches New iPhone App: The Ultimate Guide to the Paris Air Show
From the show map to aircraft listings, innovative mobile app is expected to help digitally minded attendees navigate the show, June 20-26
NEW YORK, June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviation Week has announced a new iPhone app for the upcoming Paris Air Show, June 20-26, 2011 that features an interactive show map, exhibitor and aircraft listings, a Paris city guide, and access to top news stories, blogs and videos from m.aviationweek.com, Aviation Week's mobile website. A digital evolution from Aviation Week's quintessential print brochure, the Ultimate Guide to the Paris Air Show, this free app is available in the iTunes store under "AvWeek Paris," and provides attendees with simple access to everything they need during the show -- just a screen tap away.

As the major event for the global aviation and aerospace industry this year, the Paris Air Show attracts 2,000 exhibitors, 138,000 trade visitors, 3,000 journalists, and 200 official delegations to Paris to learn about the latest innovations, admire over 140 aircraft, and marvel at the flying displays.
