KODAK Gallery Announces "Resize and Move" Features

KODAK Gallery adds boundless layout capabilities to current photo books

EMERYVILLE, Calif., June 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --KODAK Gallery (http://www.kodakgallery.com), the only online photo service uniquely designed for your KODAK MOMENTS, announced today that Photo Books from KODAK Gallery have added several new features within their existing photo book application: the launch of resize and move functionalities-- allowing users to enlarge, reduce, rotate, overlay photos and text, as well as mix and match page backgrounds and photos within a photo book page.

KODAK Gallery's resize and move functionalities allows users to express their creativity, and ultimately have fun with the photos and the text within their photo book. This innovative photo book technology allows users to resize, rearrange, crop, tilt and overlap photos to create personalized and unique photo books. With these new features, every page and photo is fully customizable.

"We heard from consumers that they were interested in having more freedom to arrange their photos and text within their photo books," says Peter Amico, Vice President of Product Management and Engineering. "We are constantly listening to the experiences of our customers and striving to improve their overall experience. With our new resize and move features, users can explore endless possibilities, and share their KODAK MOMENTS more creatively."

KODAK Gallery is constantly working to improve the photo book creation by launching new tools and functionalities to help users tell their story their way.  Earlier this year KODAK Gallery added more than a dozen photo book page designs to the site, to encourage customers to mix and match photo book page designs to create personalized and unique photo books.

Kodak quality goes into every book to ensure a premium-grade finished product. Photo books are produced from papers made with wind-power, and KODAK NEXPRESS Dry Inks that contain no hazardous VOCs and are fade-resistant.
