Inventus Launches inVerito Early Case Assessment

Legal teams save time, money with new electronic discovery solutions

DALLAS, June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --Inventus, LLC, a Web hosting and technology solutions provider for major law firms and corporate legal departments, recently launched inVerito, a new early case assessment workflow and pricing model for electronic discovery. Legal teams can use the functionality to quickly and effectively filter out large amounts of irrelevant data during the early stages of document review. Since the launch, Inventus has seen a 60 percent reduction in total cost of review on average for customers using inVerito. These customers have also been able to access processed data seven to ten times faster.

"Clients are demanding more creative workflows focused on reducing and controlling costs and we've proven to be leader in that arena," said Trevor Campion, CEO at Inventus. "We focus on enhancing the customer experience. That creativity is fundamental to our culture and it's what has made us one of the fastest growing companies in the industry."

Inventus recently reported record sales growth, attributing much of the company's success to its uniquely qualified project management team. All team members hold law degrees and have a background in technology. This gives Inventus practical insight into the electronic review process while developing user-end benefits.

"The inVerito workflow developed by Inventus supports our vision by helping us reduce and control the costs associated with the review of electronic documents," said Richard Lutkus of the law firm, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an Inventus client. "Seyfarth prides itself as a knowledge leader in electronic discovery and embraces leading technologies and workflow in an effort to control costs for our clients."

The inVerito workflow is used within Relativity, a popular electronic discovery review platform. Inventus also recently integrated Relativity with its own data processing software. This integration eliminates the need to move data between platforms, which greatly increases the speed with which clients can begin viewing documents and greatly reduces the risk of error as part of the copy and load process.

"Inventus has built an exciting offering on top of Relativity with inVerito," said Andrew Sieja, CEO of kCura Corporation, creator of Relativity. "It's a great example of an innovative partner leveraging Relativity's platform capabilities, integrating best of breed products into a solution that increases the speed, quality, and delivery of service while reducing overall costs to customers."
