HEX Releases Polycarbonate "Icon" Watch Band
New Line Combines Bold Color, Ceramic-Like Texture and iPod nano® Technology
OXNARD, Calif., July 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- HEX, a division of fashion house August Accessories and leader in fashionable tech accessories, revealed today its new line of Icon watchbands, now available on Apple.com. Created in a colorful range of custom polycarbonate, the HEX Icon Watch Band turns the iPod nano® Gen 6 into a fashionable and functional watch, featuring integrated buttons and dock access compatible with Nike+® and other accessories.
The Icon line offers consumers a chic and stylish accessory that has multiple uses such as music player, photo album, fitness tool and timepiece, all with an easy-access touch screen. Compatible with Nike+ and featuring accessible audio ports for plugging in headphones or ear buds, the Icon bands transform the iPod nano into a fashionable watch with multiple functions. Wrapped to the wrist with the adjustable polycarbonate link bracelet and locked on with the push button stainless steel clasp, the matte finish Icon line comes in five pop colors including blue, green, purple, white and black, and have a ceramic-like texture.
