ChildCare Education Institute Launches Enhanced Online Discussion Forum for Early Care Professionals

CCEI's Discussion Forum provides early care educators with a communication forum to share and obtain information on various early care topics such as "Learning to Live a Healthy Lifestyle," "Handling Inappropriate Behavior" and many more. New topics are posted monthly by CCEI and participants are also able to post topics for discussion within the forum. The Forum allows the participant to subscribe to a particular topic, which notifies the participant when new posts are made to that discussion thread.

"CCEI's Discussion Forum is designed to be a tool for early childhood educators to share with and obtain information from other educators in the field. This type of sharing benefits practitioners and the field as a whole," said Maria C. Taylor, ChildCare Education Institute President and CEO. "The Online Discussion Forum has proven successful in information sharing thus far, and the more information our caregivers obtain, the better equipped they are to educate and care for our children."

Students may search, subscribe, comment, and create topics at no charge by selecting Discussion Forum after logging in to their CCEI account. Participants who wish to read posts but not participate directly may do so by clicking the discussion forum link on the CCEI website, http://www.cceionline.edu.
