Jubilant HollisterStier Allergy Launches 'Allergy Industry Insights' Educational Webinar Series
SPOKANE, Wash., Aug. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- HollisterStier Allergy, a division of Jubilant HollisterStier, is expanding their educational offerings for customers with the launch of Allergy Industry Insights, a series of free webinars for the allergist community. The webinars will serve as educational tools allergists can use to stay on top of developing trends and more effectively manage their practices.
The webinars will focus on relevant industry topics such as skin testing, reimbursement, and electronic medical records. Larry Garner, HollisterStier Allergy's National Allergy Consultant and well-known lecturer on allergy immunotherapy and dosing, will be hosting the webinars.
"These webinars will allow us the opportunity to educate and interact with a broader range of the allergy community," said Garner. "We are working to assist allergists in improving patients' lives and enhancing their practices by educating them on relevant industry topics."
The webinar series joins the Company's extensive collection of no-cost educational offerings for healthcare professionals, such as the Bee Aware Program launched recently by HollisterStier Allergy to educate emergency department personnel about stinging insect allergies and treatments.
The first webinar in the series will focus on Skin Testing and Diagnostic Guidelines and will be held August 31st. Subsequent webinars will be held quarterly. Allergists will be able to register for the webinars and access previously recorded installments online, through the HollisterStier Allergy website.
