I think that Dell needs to make up its mind. Either you decide to offer Linux on desktop systems or not. Like I said in my news posting on Monday: I'll bet it has to do with Dell's software business partners not being so crazy about the idea. I wouldn't expect this to happen anytime soon, despite the consumer's outcry.
