Masking Technology(1), in the first ever Magic Quadrant for Data Masking that includes
Dynamic as well as Static Data Masking providers.
Published on December 12, 2013 by analysts Joseph Feiman and Brian Lowans, Gartner's
Magic Quadrant for Data Masking solutions states that "Adopting data masking helps
enterprises raise the level of security and privacy assurance for non-production and
production environments. At the same time, data masking helps enterprises meet compliance
requirements with the security and privacy standards recommended by regulating/auditing
authorities."
