One2Touch Shows World's First NFC Mobile Gaming Controller at E3

SAN FRANCISCO, June 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

Mobile peripheral innovator One2Touch showed a prototype of the world's first NFC
mobile game controller at E3 today.

Ultra-responsive, battery-less and instantly pairable, the One2Touch NFC gaming
controller adapts to fit around NFC-equipped smartphones, providing precise tactile
control and button feel for mobile gamers. A pro model and a casual gamer model are both
in development.

    Rapid Response

Instant touch response is at the core of every gaming experience. One2Touch's five
years as a leader in NFC engineering enables its NFC gaming controller to set new
standards for speed and feel between the peripheral and the mobile device.

    100% battery-free

The One2Touch NFC gaming controller uses the company's proprietary power-harvesting
technology for a completely battery-less experience.

First developed for the company's portable NFC keyboards in 2013, One2Touch's power
harvesting technology allows the controller to draw a very low amount of power from the
smartphone. The One2Touch NFC gaming controller never runs flat, never needs a battery
change, and has a negligible impact on the smartphone battery life. In addition, the lack
of battery assembly allows a lighter, slimmer physical profile and a lower material cost.

    Instant pairing

Mobile gaming, both casual and serious, is exploding in popularity. NFC technology
allows true 'pick up and play' pairing between controller and smartphone, and NFC's low
power requirements help ensure battery drain is as low as possible.

One2Touch CEO Morten Wiese spoke about the products from One2Touch's head office in
Oslo, Norway today: "Mobile gaming is the future of gaming, and NFC is a perfect
technology to create a physical, instant fit between console and smart device," Wiese
said.

"One2Touch has spent five years innovating and engineering NFC-based solutions, in
addition to combination NFC/BLE systems. Our team is uniquely positioned to be a first
mover in this exciting new NFC gaming console space."

"We're excited to be at E3 speaking with prospective partners about OEM/ODM
development opportunities for these products", Wiese added.
