Electro Industries Releases BACnet and LonWorks Protocol Solutions for EIG's Power Meters

WESTBURY, N.Y., Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Electro Industries/GaugeTech (EIG) announces the release of versatile, simple-to-use, add-on BACnet or LonWorks protocol gateways for its advanced Shark® and Nexus® series power and energy meters. The ProtoCom protocol gateway enables BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, and other popular Building Management System (BMS) protocols to communicate easily with any EIG power meter, including all Shark® series and Nexus® series meters. The ProtoCom-Lon gateway allows any system to communicate with EIG power meters via LonWorks protocol.
