Polaroid Debuts Ultra-Portable Optical Zoom Wi-Fi Camera at CES

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Polaroid today unveiled the PolaroidiZone, a compact optical zoom, Wi-Fi connected camera designed to be the ultimate companion to your iOS or Android device with great image quality and built-in flash for easy, on-the-go, instant photography. The PolaroidiZone camera will be on display in the Polaroid Booth #13614 at the 2015 International CES.
Produced by Sakar International, an authorized Polaroid licensee, the PolaroidiZone camera is the perfect way to capture better quality images with a smartphone. Just pair with any iOS or Android device using the built-in Wi-Fi, then use the smartphone as a viewfinder to line up the perfect shot in real time. Once paired, users can save the images taken with the Polaroid iZone camera directly to the smartphone, bypassing the 32 MB internal memory of the camera. With its impressive 8X optical zoom, 18 megapixel resolution, built-in tripod mount and tiny form factor, the Polaroid iZone camera is the perfect way to capture amazing new angles with better image quality and more zoom capability than most smartphone cameras on the market. Additionally, once users have captured the perfect image, since it is on the smartphone already, it is easy to share it online with any social media network.
