This App Will Totally Meld Your Face
Emoji My Face 2.0 elegantly blends your photo with hundreds of beautifully designed emoji icons.
AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Over the past year or so, a few "make-yourself-into-an-emoji" apps have been gaining media attention. But now, the original app that lets users put their face into an emoji is back - better, bigger and more beautiful.

Emoji My Face 2.0 clearly differentiates itself from the others in two ways:
1) First, users can easily create a professional-looking, "Photoshopped" end result, by blending and filtering their photo with carefully crafted emoji art. No slapped-together, face-in-hole characters. No cartoon line-art faces. And no crude, tedious silhouetting and erasing.
2) Second, the new update offers many classic emoji characters, like the Heart emoji (the most used "word" of 2014), and the Heart-Eyes, Poo, and Tears emojis. Plus, it adds many new, long-desired emojis (destined to generate some big smileys themselves) including the Middle-Finger, Vomit, Taco and Face-Palm emojis.
Emoji My Face currently has nine emoji sets, with plans to add more. From Food & Drink, to Superheroes, to Sports, they're all ready for emoji fans to customize with their perfect expression, infinitely and for any occasion. No more searching for and not finding the perfect smiley--just create it in seconds.
Here's how it works:
-- Take a picture, select from the Photo Library or grab a celeb from the
web.
-- Pinch to easily fit the photo.
-- Combine it with a hilarious, cute, creepy or cool emoji image.
-- Adjust the lighting with a simple slider.
-- Save the finished custom emoji into a custom category, and it's done.
-- Then share it as a sticker in any chat app like WhatsApp or Messenger,
email it, or post to Twitter, Facebook--anywhere images can be pasted or
uploaded.
"I launched the original version of Emoji My Face in October 2012," said app creator Steve Ingkavet, a former NYC ad agency Creative Director now residing in Austin, TX. "Back then, most people hadn't even heard of an emoji, and the word 'sticker' had nothing to do with messages. Now it seems everyone--and their mother--uses emojis. And thanks to LINE and all the other chat apps, stickers are booming."
Which is why Emoji My Face hopes to become the ultimate and infinite chat-sticker app for all chat platforms.
