The program, No Occupancy Carry-Over System Trial ("NOCOST"), allows owners and managers of vacant buildings to use the Building Engines operations and workflow management system to control inspections, track zero occupancy preventive maintenance tasks and maintain the overall value of vacant assets at no cost.
NOCOST is an effective response to dropping occupancy rates and the first program of its kind in the industry.
