I've always been a big fan of Queen, and I was - at first - skeptical about seeing Queen without Freddie Mercury. I recently got tickets from a relative of mine, for Christmas, to the Queen and Paul Rogers show at the MCI center, this March 9th. I decided I'd give it a chance, and checked out some videos of their previous performances. They're actually not to shabby, and Paul Rogers does a phenominal job. So, the point I'm getting at here is; Do you like Queen? What's your view on Queen with Paul Rogers? (Even if you haven't heard them perform, what do you think about the replacement?)

I love queen, one of my favorite bands, and one of the few (coheed & cambria, ozzy/sabbath, tool/a perfect circle) which both myself and my wife love. (She only enjoys the best of the best when it comes to vocals)

I have never heard Queen w/o freddie, but I hope for your sake the change is more like black sabbath with dio, and less like the change rage against the machine went through when it became audioslave.

Cohhed and Cambria is what dreams are made of. And, yes, I love Queen (if it wasn't obvious). The concert seems promising. <3
