B: Smoking weed dulls your response time and in a car, that is VERY dangerous.

Obviously you didn't read anything else I typed because I stated, and I quote (wow this is sad I have to quote myself)..."And if you have said something to them then why don't you remind them when they start to do it in the car or wherever that you don't like it. Meaning that if they don't respect you and your friendship with them that they shouldn't endanger you in the first place. When you told them that you didn't like it, and they were rolling, they should have just put it away and shouldn't have done it around you. But now that they have, they blatantly showed you that they don't give a shit about you or your friendship with them. They just made it possible for you to get in trouble with the law, with your parents and it possible for you to get in a major accident[purpose] where you could seriously injure yourself or get killed. Call that friendship call that whatever you want, but I call that retarded.

honestly if you havnt done any drugs or drank i admire you, even if you arnt intrested in them there's usually a lot of peer pussure, however i like getting high and i dont get high often by any means maybe once every other week, if even that. And its usually on one of those days where like its raining and freezing and just shitty out and we just get high and watch a funny ass movie and eat munchies. And when i do hang out with somone who doesnt smoke, or drink i generally dont do it around them because honestly i've been in that spot before where you're the only sober one and it turns into a baby-sitting position for the night.

Oh my god, Aron. For the tenth time, no, I did not. They started doing it when I was in the car, going around 55 MPH.

Froogle got into the car at an earlier time.. they were not smoking pot at the time.. however the real question here is did you know they had marijuana with them, and that they were planning on getting high?

I held my drunk ex on the floor in a lock so he wouldn't drive drunk. I will literally throw down for any stupid things that anyone would do. If I was in that car I would have smacked you on the back of the head and then made up an excuse to get out of the car..."I have to pee can we stop somewhere?" anything, and once I'm out I'll tell them that I'm not going with them that someone is coming to pick me up. So what really would you do if you were stopped by the cops in that car with your friends high and smoking...you're now in jail because of this shit...and you didn't do anything wrong...yeah right. The reason I say that you have no room to talk is simply because you don't know Tim, the guy who was driving. His personality is very similar to how you described your own, just with opposite beliefs. He would not have stopped that car, whether I bitched at him or asked him, or whatever. He's a very one-sided person. I, however, did mention that I would rather them not smoke, as I've mentioned. He did something he doesn't normally do, because he's selfish. and quickly finished (and, no, I'm not saying that was a great thing, I'm just saying that's what happened, and that it's better than nothing). Whether that's your idea of an excuse or not, there's no point in commenting on it. It's not going to change what happened that night. Deal with it. I will say that I refuse to hang out with him when he's around the people that he normally tends to smoke with, because he's only tempted to do it when around others that do it, not when he's with just me, or me and some other friends that don't smoke. So, yes, I did fully read your other posts.
