Get some webspace and then link to it. That image is too large anyway, the hieght is a bit too big.

You put the picture on a website.

You left click and and select "Properties".

You copy the URL, and paste it between [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] tags. (Only without the spaces between the [ and the IMG)

And that's that.
