well, if you made up half of hte idea, or even an eighth of it, you have rights to it. now in the event that you did make up and eigth of it, then she's intitled to deal with all of the legal stuff and you get the profits for what you did. now, say it was i 50 50 job, wich i think it was, then you both get equal rights to it. ifyou decided to publish it, then you can, you'd just have to get her consent.

hey, also while i'm at it, if you're interested in my books just from names and little discirptions, look for the author ALAN GABBARD when you can. he's some one i know, and where i get just a tiny bit o f my insperation. he's demented, and he twists everything to go his way, even in his writing.

look for the title ONE WORLD not too long from now, he said he's almost done with it and it's truely amazing.

mmmm, while i'm talking about alan, after he's done with one world i know for a fact that he's going to be writing one of two things.

one, is a book about a psycho ventriloquist, he saw the movie dead silence and was disappointed with it by far. so he decided to make a better ventriloquist story. and that's he's product. he's yet to work on it, but when he gets started, you'll know.

the second, is called the supreme nine. it takes place a few hundred thousand years in the future, i believe. it's about how evolution jumped forward, for nine people and nine people only. who are they? the supreme court. they jumped evilution some how and were granted powers, not the common control of fire, ice or wind types either no. he thought of new and extraordinary powers.
and then there's the hero, he's the guy out to end the supreme court. he fights them all, one by one, getting one of thier powers each time, until he reaches the final courtsman.
