I've change the forum index and the main site left column to remove the bright color from them. How does it look now?

Also, I'm taking requests on new themes. Let me have some ideas on color schemes that you'd like to see.

It looks good! Never really saw a problem with it in the first place, but it's kewl.
Some shitty ideas for themes (thinks: these are the background themes, right?) anyways: fast food in the background like hotdogs and hamburgers with faces all happy/creepy like...or...stars, cause ppl like stars i guess not like the galaxy one but like some crazy stars or something...hmm...these are some pretty lame ideas...have you read jthm? in squee's room, his walls are painted with smilie faces...check that out that would be rad to have that as a background! Color wise: hot pink, lime green and black together on one theme...my fav. colors...they look wonderful together! What about some computer theme with wires and electrical shit in the back? I dunno...but I have a lot more ideas...they mostly suck though.

Hmm... The electronic one is a good idea. I'll also check out the lime green thingy as well.

All ideas are good, the more the better.

Alright, I understand.
I was just thinking about a music theme...not like a certain band or anything bc I can tell everybody in here has different musical tastes, but just something crazy with that. Maybe even a game theme or sth. I don't know...I'll think about more layter.

Use less white, perhaps a black background with light grey/white text. This site and forums is obviously very word heavy with all the reviews and posts and what not, and its a fact that light text on a black background is easier on the eyes when viewed on a monitor. So yeah, go with a dark muted out green PCB electronic thing, then have a black background for the text areas. Sure the site wont be as warm and inviting, but you could always throw in more smiley faces and rainbows to make things less gloomy and more happy. Haha...

~GSD~

P.S. If you read Maddox you know what an easy on the eyes site is.

I went to a place, and there was beer.

The new (I stress the word 'new') Gaming site's theme is now available to use all around. Try it out. I'm working on some reviews now and will be doing various other site stuff as well.

Green and grey would make a cool theme. ^_^ I like Sam's lime green idea.

What about one where it's called doodle or sth and you can just color it whatever and draw on the background...heh that's lame now that I think about it.

It's very clean.
I've actually kept the red color scheme cause that's what the standard one looked like when I first joined ASEforums.

i like the gaming one. but one suggestion could be that the little pictures for each forum showing if its new or not should change with the style so it matches better.
