Fact: i like to walk around my room and listen to music when im depressed. which is liek 3-5 times a day xD

I am hungry and don't know what to eat.

Right now I'm thinking a hot pocket sounds good.

heres my "healthy" diet: skip breakfast. eat cheerios for lunch. work those cheerios off. have a normal dinner. WATER EVERY 5 MINUTES.

Skipping breakfast actually makes you gain wait.

Breakfast is what gets your metabolism going, that's why it's bad to sleep in until noon.

i dont think it matters what time you wake up. your body doesnt have a clock or a schedule as far as i know o3o

Actually our bodies do, a lot of people just tend to ignore it XD

That's why between the ages of about 13-17 people are supposed to get up to eight to ten hours of sleep in order to live the healthiest lifestyles. Basically the basic schedule is go to bed around eight or nine, wake up around seven-nine, eat breakfast...so on and so forth.

oh o3o...well i followed the diet that i just posted for 2 months and i lost 20 pounds.

well i cant only give props to cheerios. i also stopped drinking pop.

I've stopped drinking pop, too. But I've been gaining weight...in muscle! Woo! I was underweight for the longest time until I finally started to eat more protein and maintained a healthy balance of whole wheat and what not.

Also, swimming, track and soccer help as well as daily weight lifting.

i drink it about once a week or so. but i only drink dr pepper and mr pibb now...every thing just tastes disgusting now. i also had MTN Dew White out though and it was delicious as always o3o

I refuse to drink pop. Haven't touched it since I quit. Powerade rocks, as does chocolate milk.

The only things I've been drinking lately is water and milk (in my oatmeal for my breakfast). I'm lucky to have a high metabolism, as it really allows me to enjoy my food and not worry about weight gain.

i am a very experimental teenager o3o and being drunk isnt that fun. but i think it wasnt fun cause i was alone.

I am too focused on school. I have 14 years of college ahead of me after high school...I can't be making (no offense) stupid decisions.

14 solid years. Even after college I have to keep studying to keep my skills sharp.

I believe i've screwed up my future ;-;

then again i couldnt care less if i end up working in a shop anymore :l
