Oooo. I love the Turks. Especially Vincent. Vincent was in love with Sephiroth's mother and he knew Hojo and Aerith's father (Gast). So he'll probably shed more light on stuff that wasn't too deeply explained before.

The Turks were mercenaries. There was a scene in Wutai when Cloud came into the Turtle Heaven (or whatever that resturaunt was called) and they just shrugged his prescense off. But they were the ones that brought the plate down on Sector 7... So they're not real <I>good</I> ppl.....

Yea, he loved Lucrecia. the only reason he joined Cloud's party was so he could find Lucrecia. Lucrecia is actually still alive... sort of. She was pumped full of Jenova cells and mako energy when she was pregnent with Sephiroth. Poor lady. Sephiroth doesn't he even realise that he was born from Hojo and Lucrecia, he thinks that Prof. Gast and Jenova are his parents. Prof. Gast is Aerith's dad.

damn i dont remember this at all, but it has been quite a few years. Lucreria sounds familiar though. Was she the woman that gives Vincent his Ultimate Weapon and Limit Break?

They put all their hopes in one last game, and labled it "Final" Fantasy because it was sort of their last chance to create a hit that would make them money. Luckily for them FF was a huge hit and so they decided to make a series from it, but that is where the word "Final" came from.

At Game Stop they had it playing (it looked great!) and the clerk asked me if I'd like to reserve a copy (which I can't because I'm broke now).

I've seen this in japaneese but i had no subtitles so idk what the fuck was happening but red xiii was there tifa rude and reno sepiroth (obvy) cloud (more obvy) vincent cid Cait sith isnt in it barret, yuffie aries, etc. They gave everyone a small overhaul in look but they didnt screw it up. The only thing they KINDA screwed up is the new enemies i mean they kinda make no sense but all and all its tight i cant wait to see it while understanding what they say!!

Huh... i never really knew that, thats cool... but what company worked on the other ones? and is this the actual FINAL fantasy that square made, but asking again who worked on 1-6???

The same company. They made Final Fantasy--thinking it was their last game--but it turned out to be a total hit.

So they made a series of it--and almost all of those turned out to be hits as well.

I bought the DVD yesterday for $19.99 at GameSpot and got a bonus disk with interviews.

I think I might have been the first person in the store...

I really really really liked this game, and my wife who has never been a fan of FF games (hated FFXI with a passion, especially) loved it too. We cried during the Aerith parts....

Tifa is teh sexy, vincent is the seeeeeexy, sephiroth is not sexy, cloud is cute, that red-haired shinra guy is cute too, can't recall the name right now.

The red haired dude is Reno.

In AC Reno and Rude were pretty much there for comedic relief. There was one deleted scene (which were all in Japanese) where they say 'Un... Believable' in English.

It depends on what they like.

yeah its true reno and rude are comic relifs (cant spell sorry) but the Turks were some serious shit in FF7 the video game. Seriously what they did to their roles was just... plain insulting.

In Final Fantasy VII there were a few rather comical incidents involving the Turks. Wutai for example.

Cool, fast action, great visuals. Prefer the orginal language over the dubbed.
