Canon S3 Sucks

I received two Canon S3 IS cameras from Dell and BOTH had bad pixels in the imager. The first has some stuck red pixel and the second has some pinpoint white pixels stuck. The stuck pixels are not on the LCD, they are on the imager itself and show up in pictures.

I've never had a problem with Canon like this.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

I guess I don't notice stuff like that. Either that or you have bad luck. I've owned a few digicams that I have no problems with.

I've had Sony cameras with bad CCDs. I just swapped them at the retail store. I won't buy Sony again due to the memory stick stupidity.

I just checked my HP POS camera and it has a bad pixel in the top left corner. No big deal since I don't use it anymore.

Third time is a charm. This one works better in low light as well. Must be a newer firmware.
