Neon Genesis Evangelion

Since my Excel Saga went off awesome(rolls eyes), I decided to start another anime thread, about one of the best animes ever, Evangelion. This is such a messed up series, but it's still good. Oh, and the dub is some of the worst I've ever seen. Please, spare yourself the pain and if you do see it, watch it subbed.

I had a friend who watched it dubbed and he seemed to like it. What's so bad about the dub?

I've seen the series dubed only because i like them better then subtitles. I, however, think the dub isnt too bad. It aint amazing like the voice they show on CN, but its good enough.

My first problem is that if you watch the sub, thier voices fit the characters perfectly, so if you go to the dub, with Shinji having waaaay too deep of a voice and Misato sounding too much like you're typical air-headed middle aged woman, which she really isn't, just gets on my nerves.

I want to see it, it looks cool.
