xbox 360 or ps3

xbox 360 is already out i know this and halo 3 will be coming out for it along with a few others i would like to own but the ps3 is fixing to come out in november i belive so i am trying to decied if i wanna wait 4 it enstead of geting a xbox360.... i hve heard and read that the ps3 is going to be more multimedia then for gaming witch sucks ass but it would be worth it when the next socom game comes out.... what do all of u think.???

I have a 360. There haven't been that many mindblowing games for it. I can probably count on one hand how many games already out that I would actually purchase if they weren't 59.99 a shot. I don't know much about PS3. Was never a Playstation fan though.

PS3 will be too expensive just as the Xbox 360 is right now. Once they fall to lower than $200, I'll take a look at them.

I agree with Aron. Although I may decide to buy a 360 wen Halo 3 comes out. I would of gotten it earlier until I realized there isn't too many games out for it that I would play.

But as for 360 or PS3, the only reason i would buy a PS3 was for Assassin's Creed, but they announced it would be for the 360 and PC too, so now i have NO reason to get a PS3 for the unbelievable 600 bucks they will cost. Gears of War and Assassin's Creed is almost enough reason for me to get a 360, but the Wii is where its at

I have a 360, and so far there are few games that are amazing. I will be purchasing 2 PS3's hoping that the resale value is just like the Xbox 360's was when it came out (if not, i can get regualr price for it, no loss). PS3 may be hurt by the launching price. Most people who will want it the most is the younger kids who have no jobs. What parent in their right mind will spend upwards of 500 dollars on a game console?

I already bought a 360 and as far as a PS3 goes i think i will wait a few years 3-4 before i purchase it, by that time price hopefully will be under $400 or even $300.
Nintendo WII has a better chance of getting my money within a year.

Due to manufacturing problems, Sony will be shipping half the number of ps3s originally projected to Europe and Australia. Not good.

Marketing people all Marketing and strategy, I’m supposed to think ohh my there is not enough supply for demand ( if there will be for such a high price) how long have they been developing this console for??? 2 years maybe more.. Bull Shit Sony is just going to supply half the consoles and test the waters to see how fast or slow they move. If they sell fast enough they have a winner if they don’t sell fast enough well that could spell trouble.
Either way I don’t give a crap because as stated earlier I will wait a few years to purchase one. Now a Nintendo WII will attract me for the motion tech that they have, now that is cool shit and plus My girl loves Mario so I will be downloading the Mario games and the price is a definite plus with this Console.
